CCS closes those seams. We're an event production company that keeps every department in-house: audio, lighting, video and LED, staging and rigging, stage design, backline, a full music department and the crew to run all of it. One design, one accountable team, one phone number on show day.

What does an event production company do?
An event production company designs and delivers the technical side of a live event — audio, lighting, video and LED, staging and rigging, stage design, power and crew — and runs it on show day. That covers the planning and budgeting before the event, the design and previz, the load-in and build, operating every position during the show, and the strike afterward. CCS does all of it with one in-house team rather than coordinating separate vendors.
What's included in your event production services?
Eleven disciplines under one roof: music, audio, lighting, video and LED, staging, backline, stage design, crew placement, tour planning, pre-production and rehearsals. Most clients take the full package, but you can book a single department — an audio system with engineers, or crew placement alone — if that's what the show needs.

Where is CCS based, and where do you work?
We're based in Los Angeles and produce across California — LA, the Bay Area, San Diego, Orange County, Sacramento, the Central Valley and the Central Coast — plus Las Vegas, and we travel nationally for tours and multi-market programs.
How much does event production cost?
It scales with audience size, venue, how much of the rig you need and how many show days there are. A single-room corporate general session and a multi-day festival build are different orders of magnitude. Send your date, venue and goals and a producer comes back within one business day with a scope and budget.
How far in advance should we book?
For a standard corporate event or conference, four to eight weeks gives us a comfortable design and prep runway. Large builds, touring programs and peak-season dates — spring commencements, awards season, December — should be booked several months out. We take short-notice work when the crew and gear are available, so ask regardless.
