Conference general session with a wide LED wall and audience

Conference Production

General sessions, breakout rooms, expo floors and streaming — one production team, one standard, every room.

A conference is not one event. It's a general session, a dozen breakouts, an expo floor, an awards dinner and a stream — running simultaneously, in rooms that have to be reset overnight, on a schedule that leaves no room to catch up.

California Creative Studios is a full-service conference production company: audio, lighting, video and LED, staging, stage design and crew from one accountable team with a single point of contact. We design and previz the main stage, standardize the breakout kits so every room holds the same quality bar, and run the whole campus to one run of show.

From a 200-person industry summit to a multi-day convention across an entire center, the same senior crew scales to fit — in Los Angeles, across California, in Las Vegas and on the road.

What we produce

The whole conference, not just the keynote.

General Sessions

The room everyone remembers — wide LED, IMAG, broadcast audio and cues that land on the beat.

Breakout Rooms

Ten rooms held to one standard, with matched audio, clean projection and crew who know the running order.

Expo & Exhibit Floors

Floor power, distributed audio, digital signage and stage builds that don't fight the show floor.

Keynotes & Panels

Presenter comfort, confidence monitors and mics that survive a panel of six.

Awards & Evening Events

The dinner, the awards and the after-party produced by the same crew that ran the day.

Streaming & Capture

Redundant encoding, captions and clean session recordings for on-demand libraries.

Registration & Wayfinding

Signage, screens and lobby AV that make a 3,000-person load-in feel simple.

Multi-Day Programs

Overnight resets, room turns and a schedule that holds from day one to day four.

What we bring

The whole production, in-house.

Why CCS

Conferences are won in the breakout rooms.

Every room to one standard

Breakouts are where conferences quietly fall apart. Ours get the same gear standard, the same signal discipline and the same crew briefing as the main stage.

Built for the overnight reset

Multi-day programs live or die on room turns. We plan the resets, the labor calls and the freight paths so day two starts on time.

Streamed and recorded by default

Every session captured cleanly, encoded redundantly and delivered ready for your on-demand library.

One contact, whole campus

Audio, lighting, video, staging and crew from one accountable team across every room — no seams between vendors to fall through.

FAQ

Conference production, answered.

What does a conference production company do?

It delivers the technical production a conference runs on — audio, lighting, video and LED, staging, streaming and show-calling — across the general session, every breakout room, the expo floor and the evening events, with the crew to design, build and run all of it.

Can you cover breakout rooms as well as the main stage?

Yes, and that's usually where the value is. Breakouts get a standardized kit, matched audio and projection, and crew briefed on the same running order, so a session in room six feels as considered as the keynote.

Do you stream and record conference sessions?

Yes. Redundant encoding, captions and clean per-session recordings are part of the base build, delivered ready for an on-demand library rather than as raw files you have to fix.

How do you handle multi-day conferences and overnight resets?

Room turns, labor calls and freight paths are planned into the schedule at bid time. The crew that strikes a general session overnight is the crew that sets the next configuration, so day two opens on time.

How much does conference production cost?

It depends on room count, audience size, venue and stream scope. Send your dates, venue and program outline and a producer will come back within one business day with a scope and budget.

Where do you produce conferences?

We're based in Los Angeles and produce across California and Las Vegas, and travel for national programs. See our locations for city-specific detail.
