What does a conference production company do?

Can you cover breakout rooms as well as the main stage?
Yes, and that's usually where the value is. Breakouts get a standardized kit, matched audio and projection, and crew briefed on the same running order, so a session in room six feels as considered as the keynote.
Do you stream and record conference sessions?
Yes. Redundant encoding, captions and clean per-session recordings are part of the base build, delivered ready for an on-demand library rather than as raw files you have to fix.
How do you handle multi-day conferences and overnight resets?
Room turns, labor calls and freight paths are planned into the schedule at bid time. The crew that strikes a general session overnight is the crew that sets the next configuration, so day two opens on time.
