Tech events carry a specific kind of risk. The demo is live, the announcement is embargoed until the moment it isn't, half the audience is watching a stream, and the thirty seconds that matter most will be clipped and replayed for a year. Nothing about that is forgiving of a signal path that wasn't tested.
California Creative Studios builds production for Silicon Valley companies with that reality as the starting point: redundant capture and playback, cues on timecode, rehearsals with the actual presenters, and a fallback for the demo that no one in the room would ever notice. Audio, lighting, video and LED, staging, stage design and music come from one accountable team with a single point of contact.
We work the venues the Valley uses — Levi's, SAP Center, the Santa Clara and San Jose convention centers, the Computer History Museum, Shoreline — and just as often the places that aren't venues at all: a courtyard, a lobby, a parking structure, an all-hands space with one 20-amp circuit and a great view.

What kinds of tech events do you produce?
Product launches, keynotes and GTM moments, developer conferences, sales kickoffs, all-hands and town halls, campus activations, executive offsites and company milestone events — from a 40-person board offsite to a stadium-scale launch.
Can you produce events on a corporate campus?
Yes, and it's a large part of the work. Campuses rarely have house power, rigging points or a loading dock, so we scope generators, distro, ground support, cable paths, security escorts and badge access as part of the bid rather than discovering them on site.
How do you keep a live product demo from failing on stage?
Redundancy and rehearsal. Capture, switching, playback and network paths all have a backup, presenters rehearse on the real system, and we build a fallback — usually a pre-recorded capture on standby — that can be cut to without the audience noticing.
Do you handle hybrid and streamed tech events?
Yes. Encoding, redundant streams, captions and clean recordings are part of the base build. Remote attendees get the same show as the room, and you get broadcast-quality masters for post.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Unreleased products, embargoed announcements and restricted stage areas are normal for us, and our crews work to whatever confidentiality and security requirements your legal and comms teams set.
