Wedding Production
Ceremony sound, lighting design, staging and power for weddings at estates, wineries and hotels — concert-grade production that stays out of the photographs.
Most of what goes wrong at a wedding is technical. Vows nobody can hear past row four. A toast that feeds back. A gorgeous venue that goes flat the moment the sun sets. A band plugged into a house system that was never meant to carry them.
California Creative Studios produces weddings the way we produce shows — sound, lighting design, staging, power and band support engineered properly, then made to disappear. One team, one point of contact, and equipment specified to be over-capable and under-noticed.
We work estates, vineyards, hotels, beaches and private homes across California, and we're used to venues that offer nothing but a beautiful view and a 20-amp circuit. Your planner runs the day; we make sure the production never becomes their problem.

What we produce
Ceremony to last dance.
Ceremony Sound
Vows heard in the back row without a speaker in a single photograph. Discreet mics, hidden fills, no feedback.
Reception & Dance Floor
A system that stays conversational through dinner and turns into a proper club at ten.
Lighting Design
Warm washes, pinspots on the tables, texture on the walls and a dance floor that changes the room after dark.
Live Bands & Musicians
Full band support — backline, monitors and a mix that flatters the room, not just the stage.
DJ Support
Your DJ, our system. Clean power, proper monitoring and coverage that actually reaches the floor.
Staging & Dance Floors
Band risers, ceremony platforms and level staging on lawns, terraces and sand.
Power & Infrastructure
Generators, distro and quiet cable runs for estates and venues with nothing to plug into.
Video & Content
Screens for toasts and tributes, IMAG for large receptions, and streams for guests who couldn't travel.
What we bring
The whole production, in-house.
Why CCS
Built like a show. Seen like decor.
Show-level, wedding-appropriate
We come from concert and broadcast production, so the system is over-specified and under-seen. Nothing in the frame that doesn't need to be.
Estates and venues with nothing
Vineyard lawns, private estates and beaches rarely have power or rigging. Generators, distro and ground support get scoped in the bid, not added the week of.
One vendor, not five
Sound, lighting, staging, power and band support from one team — so nobody's pointing at anybody else at 4pm on the day.
We work with your planner
Your planner owns the day. We hand them a production plan, a load-in schedule and a crew that hits its marks and stays out of the way.

Walk the site
Venue visit or detailed remote scope — power, access, noise limits, ceremony and reception layouts.
Design
A lighting and sound plan drawn to your layout, with a clear line between what's needed and what's nice.
Coordinate
We plug into your planner's timeline, confirm the load-in window and brief the band or DJ.
Run the day
Set quietly, sound-check before guests arrive, run the day on cue and strike after the last dance.

FAQ
Wedding production, answered.
What does a wedding production company do?
It provides the technical production behind the day — ceremony and reception sound, lighting design, staging, power and support for your band or DJ — and the crew to design, install and run it, so the equipment does its job without becoming part of the decor.
Do you replace our DJ or band?
No. We're the production behind them. Your DJ or band brings the performance; we bring the system, the monitoring, the power and the crew, and we brief them in advance so soundcheck isn't the first conversation.
Can you produce a wedding at a private estate or vineyard?
Yes, and it's most of what we do in this space. Properties without house power or rigging get generators, distro, ground support and cable protection scoped as part of the quote, so there are no surprises the week of the wedding.
How do you handle noise ordinances and curfews?
We design coverage that hits the guests and not the neighbors — arrays aimed at the floor, subs arranged to limit spill — and we work to whatever the permit specifies, including a hard stop and a quieter late-night alternative if you want one.
Do you work with our wedding planner?
Always. The planner owns the day; we give them a production plan, a load-in schedule and a crew that arrives when it's supposed to and stays invisible once guests are on site.
How much does wedding production cost?
It depends on guest count, venue, whether there's house power, and whether you have a band. Send your date, venue and rough guest count and a producer will come back within one business day with a scope and budget.
