Yes, and most of them are. Cafeterias, lobbies and open-plan floors are the normal setting and the hardest acoustically — hard surfaces, low ceilings, HVAC noise and no fixed infrastructure. Speaker placement, delay fills and careful gain structure do most of the work, and we plan the load-in around a building that's still operating.
How do you handle hybrid town halls and remote employees?
We treat the stream as the primary output. That means a switched multi-camera program feed rather than a laptop webcam, redundant encoding, live captions, a properly mixed audio bed, and remote questions routed through a moderator to the presenter's confidence monitor — so people dialing in get the same meeting, not a worse one.
Can remote employees ask questions live?
Yes. Questions come in through whatever platform you already use — Slido, Teams, Zoom or an internal tool — and land with a moderator who curates and queues them. The exec sees the selected question on a confidence monitor, and roving mics cover anyone asking from the room.
Do you support recurring monthly or quarterly meetings?
That's the ideal case. We document the setup as a repeatable kit — same rig, same positions, same levels, same graphics — so each subsequent meeting is a short call-and-execute rather than a fresh design. Quality holds and planning time drops sharply after the first one.
