Awards Show & Broadcast Production
Ceremonies, televised specials, red carpets and live tapings — broadcast audio, lighting for camera, LED, staging and show-calling to timecode.
An awards show is two shows running at once. One is for eight hundred people in a ballroom who want to see the stage. The other is for a camera that wants different light, a different mix and a rundown that respects the clock. Get one right at the expense of the other and everybody notices.
California Creative Studios produces awards ceremonies, broadcast specials, red carpets and live tapings — broadcast-spec audio, lighting designed for camera, LED and scenic, staging, playback and show-calling to timecode, all from one accountable crew. Packages, walk-ons, music beds and lighting cues chase the same clock, so the moment lands as a moment.
We deliver the room side in full and interface cleanly with a broadcast truck, an OB unit or your content team when there is one. Los Angeles based, across California and Las Vegas.

What we produce

What we bring
The whole production, in-house.
Why CCS
The room and the camera, both served.
Two audiences, one show
The room and the camera want different things — different light levels, different sound, different pacing. We design for both instead of compromising one into the other.
Timecode is the spine
Playback, lighting cues, LED content and music all chase the same clock, so a package, a walk-on and a light change land as one moment.
Built to absorb the unplanned
Awards nights run long, presenters go off script and winners overrun. The rig, the rundown and the crew are built with the slack to absorb it live.
Post gets what post needs
Isolated stems, clean feeds and labeled recordings are delivered as part of the show, not reconstructed afterward.
How it runs
From rundown to feed.
Rundown
Script, category order, music beds and timings turned into a costed production plan.
Design
Scenic, LED and lighting designed for camera, previz'd and approved before the build.
Rehearse
Cue-to-cue, camera blocking and a full run with stand-ins so show night is a repeat.
Broadcast
Call the show to timecode, roll every package, deliver the feeds and strike clean.

FAQ
Awards and broadcast, answered.
What does awards show production involve?
It's the technical production behind a ceremony — broadcast-quality audio, lighting designed for camera, LED and scenic, staging, playback and content roll-ins, and show-calling to timecode — built so the ceremony works for the audience in the room and for the cameras recording or transmitting it at the same time.
Do you produce for broadcast and streaming, or just the room?
Both, and the distinction matters. Camera work needs different light levels and color temperature, a program mix separate from the house mix, and scenic that reads on a lens. We design for the room and the feed together rather than lighting for the audience and hoping the camera copes.
Can you work with an existing broadcast truck or production company?
Yes. We regularly provide the in-house side — audio, lighting, LED, staging and crew — and interface with a broadcast truck, an OB unit or a separate content team, delivering the splits, feeds and comms they need.
Do you handle red carpets and arrivals?
Yes. Step-and-repeat lighting, press-line audio, arrival music and the timing plan for a talent flow that never runs on schedule.
What do you deliver for post-production?
Isolated audio stems, a clean program feed, labeled multi-camera recordings and any content playback masters — handed over at strike, ready to cut.
Where do you produce awards shows?
We're based in Los Angeles, where most of this work lives, and produce ceremonies across California and Las Vegas, plus national travel for touring award programs.
