Product Launch Production
Reveals, demos and press moments engineered for the room and the camera at the same time — because the clip outlives the night.
A product launch is the one corporate event with a single moment that has to be perfect. Everything before the reveal is setup and everything after is reaction — and both get judged on a thirty-second clip that will be watched far more times than the room held people.
California Creative Studios produces product launches end to end: stage and scenic design, LED and video, lighting built for the product as well as the presenter, audio, the reveal mechanic itself, demo stations, the press riser and multicam capture. One accountable team, one point of contact, and a rehearsal schedule that treats the reveal as a cue to be repeated rather than a stunt to be attempted.
It's a specialization within ourcorporate event productionpractice — the same crew, pointed at the particular problems a launch has and a general session doesn't: confidentiality before the date, demos that cannot fail live, and a camera plot drawn at the same time as the stage plot.
From an 80-person press reveal to a 2,000-seat launch with a global simulcast, the same senior crew scales to fit — in Los Angeles, across California, in Las Vegas and on the road.

What we produce
Everything the reveal depends on.
The Reveal
Kabuki drops, automated scenic, LED transitions and lighting cues timed to the frame — rehearsed until the reveal is boring to us and electric to them.
Hero Product Lighting
Lighting the object, not just the presenter. Key, rim and fill built for the product's actual finish so it reads on stage and on camera.
Demo Stations
Live demos that cannot fail — redundant capture, hardwired feeds, rehearsed fallbacks and a tech assigned to each station.
Press & Media Riser
Riser position, a clean mult feed for audio, and sightlines that give every outlet the shot they came for.
Multicam Capture
The launch video outlives the room. Multicam, ISO records and a switched program cut ready for the newsroom and the socials.
Hands-On Areas
Post-reveal touch-and-try zones with lighting and distributed audio designed for photography, not just visibility.
Embargo Discipline
NDA'd crew, locked rooms, covered scenic and no rehearsal photos leaving the building before the embargo lifts.
Stream & Simulcast
Global audiences watching live at the same second the room does, with redundant encoding and a broadcast-clean feed.
What we bring
The whole production, in-house.
Why CCS
A launch is a cue, not a hope.
The camera is the real audience
A launch is judged by the clip, not the room. We design the reveal to the lens first — camera positions, framing, LED refresh rate and shutter sync locked so nothing bands, flickers or blows out on the record.
The reveal is a rehearsed cue, not a hope
Drops, tracked scenic, lighting hits and playback run on timecode and get run over and over until the timing is repeatable. If it can only work once, it isn't ready.
Demos get redundancy, not optimism
Every live demo carries a hardwired path, a backup machine and a pre-recorded safety cut the switcher can take in a second. The audience never learns which one they watched.
Confidentiality is built into the crew call
NDAs, need-to-know briefings, covered builds and controlled room access. Your product stays yours until you say otherwise.
How it runs
From scope to strike.
Scope
The reveal moment, the demo list, press plan and embargo date turned into a costed production plan.
Design
Stage, scenic, LED and the reveal mechanic previz'd — with the camera plot drawn at the same time, not after.
Rehearse
Reveal cues, demos and presenter run-throughs, in the room, until the timing repeats every take.
Show
Call the show, hit the reveal, capture every angle and strike without the product ever being unattended.

FAQ
Product launch production, answered.
What does a product launch production company do?
It builds and runs the technical production behind a launch — the stage, LED and lighting, the audio, the reveal mechanic, the demo stations, the press riser and the multicam capture — and rehearses the whole thing so the reveal lands on cue and looks right on camera.
How do you make the reveal moment work?
The reveal is designed as a cue stack, not a stunt. Whatever the mechanic is — a kabuki drop, tracked scenic, an LED transition or a lighting hit — it runs on timecode alongside playback and audio, and it gets rehearsed repeatedly until the timing is identical every take. We also design the camera plot at the same time as the stage, so the shot that gets cut into the launch video is planned rather than salvaged.
Can you make sure a live product demo doesn't fail on stage?
We build redundancy in rather than hoping. Each demo gets a hardwired signal path, a backup machine, a dedicated tech and a pre-recorded safety cut the switcher can take instantly. If something drops, the program feed stays clean and the audience never finds out.
How do you handle confidentiality before a launch?
Crew are NDA'd and briefed on a need-to-know basis, builds stay covered between rehearsals, room access is controlled, and no rehearsal footage or stills leave the building before your embargo lifts. For pre-announcement builds we can keep scenic and product handling to a named short list.
Do you produce the launch video and press assets too?
We capture them. Multicam with ISO records, a switched program cut and clean audio mults for press mean you leave with usable footage and broadcast-quality sound rather than a phone recording. Editorial and post can be handled by your team or ours.
How much does a product launch cost to produce?
It depends on the reveal mechanic, venue, audience size, demo count and capture scope — a press-only reveal for 80 people is a different build than a 2,000-seat launch with a global stream. Send your date, venue and goals and a producer will come back within one business day with a scope and budget.
