Event Production Company in the Inland Empire
Glen Helen festival builds, Toyota Arena shows and Riverside corporate dates — full production across Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
The Inland Empire covers a lot of ground and a lot of event types. Glen Helen Amphitheater is one of the largest outdoor venues in the country, Toyota Arena and the Ontario Convention Center anchor a growing corporate and touring market, and Riverside's Fox Performing Arts Center and Municipal Auditorium carry theater-scale shows and civic events.
California Creative Studios is Los Angeles-based and works the Inland Empire regularly — festival stages, arena dates, convention general sessions and casino showrooms. One accountable team covers audio, lighting, video and LED, staging and crew, with a single point of contact from scope through strike.
Heat and distance are the two real variables out here. Summer load-ins run hot enough to matter for both crew and gear, and sites are spread across two large counties. We plan call times, shade, water and equipment cooling into the schedule, and we stage trucks and crew so a Fontana morning and an Ontario evening are one coordinated day.

Why CCS in the Inland Empire
One team, accountable for the whole show.
Built for the heat
Summer builds get planned call times, shade, hydration and gear cooling — because a 105° load-in is a safety plan, not a complaint.
Festival scale, arena polish
The same crew that builds a Glen Helen stage runs a broadcast-clean general session in Ontario.
Two counties, one schedule
Trucks, crew and gear staged so spread-out sites run as one coordinated program instead of three separate calls.
LA-based, an hour out
Close enough for real support — extra crew, a gear swap or a same-day fix without a travel day attached.

FAQ
Producing events in the Inland Empire.
Which cities does your Inland Empire coverage include?
Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Corona, Temecula and the surrounding communities across both counties. If your venue is in the region, we can get to it.
Do you produce festivals at Glen Helen?
Yes. Large outdoor builds get scoped for ground support, generator power and distro, cable protection across dirt and turf, and a weather and wind plan agreed before load-in.
How do you handle summer heat on outdoor builds?
Call times shift earlier, crews rotate with mandated shade and water, and gear that's heat-sensitive gets shaded or actively cooled. It goes in the schedule at bid time, not on the day.
Do you have an Inland Empire office?
We're based in Los Angeles, roughly an hour out, and work the region regularly. You get a senior CCS crew and one point of contact without a satellite office in the budget.
