Event Production Company in Long Beach

Convention Center general sessions, Arena shows and waterfront builds — full production, twenty-five miles from our shop.

Long Beach punches well above its size for events. The Convention & Entertainment Center campus puts an arena, two theaters and a convention hall on one footprint, the waterfront and Rainbow Lagoon carry outdoor builds year-round, and the Queen Mary hosts everything from galas to seasonal attractions. It's a market that mixes convention work, concerts and outdoor production in the same week.

California Creative Studios is based in Los Angeles, which makes Long Beach a short drive rather than a travel date. We bring one accountable team for audio, lighting, video and LED, staging and crew — for a convention general session, a theater show or a stage on the water.

The campus layout is the thing to plan around: multiple halls sharing docks and freight paths, simultaneous events on the same site, and union labor calls that have to line up with your schedule. We advance all of it so your load-in isn't queued behind someone else's.

Why CCS in Long Beach

One team, accountable for the whole show.

Local, not a travel date

We're an hour or less from the shop, so gear swaps, extra crew and last-minute adds don't blow up the budget.

Campus logistics solved

Shared docks, simultaneous halls and freight paths get advanced in writing so your load-in runs on your schedule.

Convention and concert fluent

The same crew builds an arena show and a broadcast-clean general session — no separate vendor for each.

Waterfront builds handled

Outdoor sites get scoped for power, wind, salt air and cable protection before anyone rolls a case.

FAQ

Producing events in Long Beach.

Do you work the Long Beach Convention Center?

Yes — general sessions in the halls, shows in the Arena and Terrace Theater, and breakouts across the campus, run as one program with one crew.

Can you produce events on the Queen Mary?

Yes. The ship has real constraints — narrow access, limited power and load paths that don't take a standard cart — so we scope rigging, distro and cable routes specifically for it rather than assuming a ballroom.

Do you handle union labor calls?

Yes. We build the labor plan into the schedule and budget up front, and our crew works alongside house labor without friction.

Is Long Beach a travel charge?

No. We're Los Angeles-based and Long Beach is inside our normal working radius, so you're not paying travel and per diem on top of the production.
