Between BottleRock in downtown Napa and a hundred winery lawns, estate terraces and resort ballrooms, most of the work here happens outdoors, on private property, under noise ordinances and neighbor agreements that a touring rider never accounts for. The production has to disappear into the setting and still deliver.
California Creative Studios is Los Angeles-based and builds regularly through Napa and Sonoma — festival stages, fundraising galas, executive retreats, harvest dinners and winery concert series. We bring one accountable team for audio, lighting, video, staging and power, and we scope the site before anyone loads in.
Estate events are infrastructure problems first: generator placement and fuel, cable paths across gravel and turf, rigging with no house points, and a load-in window measured against tasting-room hours. We advance all of it in writing so the only surprise on the day is how good it looks.

Do you produce events at wineries and private estates?
Yes — that's most of what we do in Wine Country. Estate events usually have no house power, no rigging points and no loading dock, so we scope generators, distro, ground support and cable paths as part of the bid rather than discovering them on site.
